How to enrol

Enroling your child at Cargo Public School is a simple and straightforward process. We encourage all prospective families to:

1. Contact the School Office
   Call us or visit during office hours to discuss enrolment and arrange a tour of our school facilities. 02 63643 093

2. Complete the Enrolment Application
   Download the enrolment form from our online enrolment application. or collect a paper copy from the school office.

3. Submit Required Documentation
   Please provide:

   • Proof of your child’s age (birth certificate or passport)
   • Proof of residential address
   • Immunisation history statement
   • Any relevant medical or educational information

4. Attend an Orientation Session
   We offer orientation days to help new students and families feel comfortable and welcomed before starting school.

KINDER TRANSITION

Starting school is an exciting milestone for both children and families. At Cargo Public School, our kindergarten transition program is designed to make this journey smooth and positive. Through fun and engaging activities, visits, and opportunities to meet teachers and future classmates, children become familiar with the school environment and routines. We work closely with families to support each child’s individual needs, helping them feel confident, safe, and ready to begin their learning adventure. Together, we build a strong foundation for a successful and joyful start to school life.

School contributions

In NSW public schools, all financial contributions are voluntary. Every student has full access to the curriculum, regardless of whether contributions are made.
