Travel to school
Planning your school travel is easy. There are a range of safe transport options to get to our school including a walking and cycling track from the centre of Cargo. Check our location map, driving details and options to help make the journey to school safe and easy.

We are located at Hutton St, Cargo NSW 2800.

Parents transport children to school or they can walk or ride.

You may be eligible for the School Drive subsidy.
The School Drive Subsidy is for parents or guardians with eligible students in their home.
To qualify, a student must:
- Live in NSW
- Be at least 4 years and 6 months old
- Be enroled at a registered day, boarding, or distance education school
- Be in Kindergarten to Year 6
- Live more than 1.6 km straight line or 2.3 km walking distance from the school
- And the nearest transport pickup point (if there is one) must be more than 1.6 km straight line or 2.3 km walking distance away too.
School Drive Subsidy
Where there is no public transport available, this subsidy helps to offset the cost of driving students to school or to the nearest transport pick-up point, by car, motorcycle or boat.
Applications must be submitted by:
- the last day of Term 2 for semester one payments, or
- the last day of Term 4 for semester two payments.
Driving and parking
The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.
When driving and parking near our school, please:
- ensure you park safely in school zones - along curb close to basketball court area
- follow speed signs
- do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school.

Only for staff contractors or visiting persons
