As Principal of Cargo School, I am delighted to welcome you to our close-knit and vibrant learning community. Here, we believe in nurturing every child’s individual talents and fostering a love of learning through personalised programs tailored to their unique needs.

Our students benefit from hands-on experiences such as tending to our vegetable garden and caring for our chickens, which help develop responsibility, curiosity, and an appreciation for the natural world. We also offer rich opportunities in the arts and cultural activities, complemented by exciting collaborations with other small schools, broadening our students’ horizons.

Our spacious grounds, with two outdoor play areas, a sandpit, a large oval, and a sealed basketball and tennis court, provide wonderful spaces for physical activity, creativity, and friendship. Additionally, our 25-seater school bus ensures safe and reliable transport for excursions and community events.

We value strong partnerships with families and encourage you to be active participants in your child’s educational journey. For families with Kindergarten children, orientation sessions during Terms 3 and 4 offer a warm introduction to school life.
